Lack of Events Warning

We monitor our systems to see if we see particular types of events within a reasonable period of time. If our monitors detect that particular key event types have not passed through our system for a period of time beyond our normal experience, our monitors will send this warning alert. 

Outage events are typically classified as a key event type, but others may be set on different thresholds based on implementation.

If we have sent you an alert about Lack of Events, please check that the systems creating this event type are running and producing / uploading files or making web service calls as expected.
